The hotel has a convenient location on the hills, with beautiful surroundings, but the rooms are old and in need of an upgrade. The service was generally friendly, but there was an incident of our belongings being removed abruptly. The dining experience was average, and there were not many nearby restaurants or bars. The facilities were lacking, and the location was not well-lit at night.

The setting was peaceful with local wildlife nearby, but the internet connection was unreliable. However, the staff, especially Patricia and the shuttle driver, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food selection was delicious but the dining experience had some waiting time. The location was beautiful and well-kept, perfect for a relaxing stay in Costa Rica.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The mature gardens and friendly staff created a great atmosphere. The well-equipped rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a fantastic experience. However, there were some minor cleanliness issues like finger prints on the mirrors and dust in some areas.
